The Role:
- Field-based remote Technical Application Specialist supporting Toxicology customers.
- Serve as technical expert for assay and instrument implementation, troubleshooting, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Abbott Toxicology assays and instrumentation.
- Lead implementations, validations, and customer training programs.
- Drive resolution of technical issues and partner with sales and quality teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field.
- 2+ years of experience with immunoassays or automated liquid handling systems.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across the U.S.
