Assist origination staff with requesting condominium documents.
Enter information into Project Tracker, using Encompass loan system.
Work closely with all parties involved in the condo document collection process.

Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and the condo approval team.
Prepare files by reviewing condominium document requests and contacting HOA/property managers for documentation.
Follow up with HOA and package condominium documentation for final review.

Qualifications:

Current knowledge of condominium review process for FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs.
Working knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
