Job Description

Cryptio is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their Customer Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to develop a career in an early-stage Customer Operations function within a fast-paced startup environment. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering top-tier, timely customer support through Zendesk, liaising with internal stakeholders to solve customer problems, and reporting product malfunctions. Additional responsibilities include sharing feature requests, gathering customer feedback, building new processes, and driving improvements in overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be crypto-native, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Tools used include Zendesk, Linear, Excel, Notion, and Slack.
