Job Description
Act as the primary liaison between clients and your Squad, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, integrating client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights. Write technical specifications for developers for the creation of new features and maintain internal documentation of product releases. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
Analyze product performance metrics to inform iterative improvements and drive product-market fit. Eagerness to dive in and help where needed, from writing technical tickets to manually QA-ing recent releases. Contribute your own passion, flare and ideas as you collaborate closely with engineering and design to discover effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market.
