Segment Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the finance point-of-contact for the client on financial routines like governance meetings and business reviews.
• Translate account financial performance into a clear, client-ready narrative connecting results to operational drivers.
• Lead Sodexo financial performance by partnering with operations to deliver on revenue, gross profit, capex, and DSO targets.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; 7+ years of progressive finance experience in complex contract-driven environments.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership and clients, with strong commercial and contract acumen.
• Advanced ability to develop insights through financial modeling and analytics, with a process-oriented and risk-control mindset.
