Role Overview:
- This is a pivotal high-ownership, high-autonomy contract role covering a planned leave, carrying 6-10 requisitions, and partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- You will operate with the pace and discernment of an experienced recruiter, bringing the same enthusiasm and rigor to every search, with no role considered too senior or junior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define success beyond written descriptions and execute targeted outreach and talent mapping in competitive markets.
- Proactively source from clinical, technical, and non-traditional backgrounds to build pipelines ahead of need, managing and maintaining pipeline health in Greenhouse.
- Offer honest market insights and confident recommendations while experimenting with AI-native recruiting tools to drive better outcomes, not just out of curiosity.
Background Requirements:
- 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience in high-growth, startup environments, with clinical or behavioral health recruiting being ideal and technical recruiting a plus.
- Must operate autonomously, thrive in lean, high-velocity environments with shifting priorities, and use AI tools to work smarter.
