Job Description

Masabi is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead and nurture our Launch Operations across a globally distributed team, with a key focus on automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the SVP of Professional Services, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, timely product configuration deployments at scale, while encouraging measurable improvements in team velocity, efficiency, and alignment with support functions. You'll manage and guide a team of ~30 people, including 5 pod leads, and closely partner with Customer Support, Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure customer needs are met through well-aligned, efficient workflows. This role is available in a remote model for candidates based in Colombia only.
