Staff Attorney or Senior Staff Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Develop new litigation ideas and manage day-to-day work in ongoing litigation.
• Draft legal content including regulatory comments, fact sheets, and memoranda.
• Support client teams and track deliverables from conception to execution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership required; D.C. bar membership required.
• Minimum of four years of legal experience, with litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills.
