Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and revenue leakage reduction, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning sales strategies with business objectives. The Director of Sales Operations will lead and optimize the sales operations function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations and data strategy.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership involving the development and implementation of sales operations strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams- Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services. They also will oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, including Salesforce and other tools like Gong and Power BI, mentor and develop a high-performing sales operations team, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
