The CRM Operations Specialist will plan, create, approve, and send multi-channel CRM campaigns, monitoring and streamlining campaign workflows to reduce creation and approval time, tracking and analyzing deliverability rates across all channels, maintaining customer data in CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with 2-4 years of CRM operations or digital marketing experience.
