What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our current parents and students.
  • Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding courses and learning progress.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and professionalism.

How You can be Qualified:

  • Previous experience in customer service or education support is highly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Mandarin.

Work Hours:

  • Day shift runs Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm and Sat-Sun:8:30am-5:30pm.
  • Night shift runs 3pm-12am.
  • Candidates who are available Fri-Sun will be given priority
