What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for our current parents and students.
- Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding courses and learning progress.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and professionalism.
How You can be Qualified:
- Previous experience in customer service or education support is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Mandarin.
Work Hours:
- Day shift runs Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm and Sat-Sun:8:30am-5:30pm.
- Night shift runs 3pm-12am.
- Candidates who are available Fri-Sun will be given priority
