Senior Product Manager - AI Governance

About the role:

• AI agents are appearing in enterprise Jira environments, and teams need governance.
• You'll build a product for platform teams to discover, govern, audit, and understand AI agent costs.
• You own the end-to-end product, from platform foundation to policy engine.

What you’ll own:

• Platform foundation: Strengthen core capabilities for configuration movement and programmatic access.
• Agent governance: Treat AI agents as configuration with deployment, comparison, and rollback.
• Control plane: Build visibility, inventory, policy engine, audit trail, and cost attribution.

What you’ll need:

• Several years of product management experience with complex enterprise infrastructure or governance products.
• Comfort managing products across multiple domains and gathering requirements from senior technical buyers.
• Direct customer discovery skills and experience shipping in phases against a long-term roadmap.
