Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be a part of the Communications Strategic Sales team. In this role, youβll assist with pricing and deal workflows, prepare pricing and deal structures and engage with client stakeholders. You will also oversee and maintain CRM records, be an internal liaison for creating and submitting requests, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. You will provide customer support, prepare for sales meetings, and support team success by maintaining team-level trackers for cross-functional challenges.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management. This position requires a results-driven, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative approach and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge in CPaaS and telecom is a plus.
