Role:
- Own the full HRIS product lifecycle from discovery through launch and evaluation.
- Translate business needs into requirements, align stakeholders, and coordinate delivery teams.
You'll Need:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar product role with Agile and Scrum expertise.
- Experience with complex workflows, APIs, integrations, and cross-functional coordination.
