Legal Counsel

Seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel with solid commercial transactions experience to support global operations in several areas with a focus on sales transactions (including indirect/channel sales), strategic alliances, procurement, and other commercial support as assigned. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to ensure all commercial transactions comply with legal standards and conform to business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and clear legal advice and guidance to leadership, sales, and various internal stakeholders within the company on a wide range of legal issues, including contract positions relating to the global sale, purchase and integration of technology products, associated regulatory compliance, and information security/data privacy. Review, negotiate, and draft various agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the organization's business interests. Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure all contractual relationships and policies meet legal and company standards. Prepare and conduct training to support the onboarding and ongoing education of sales and leadership team members on legal risks and compliance requirements. Assist with complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
