Territory Leader, Southeast Remote Stores

Lead, support, and drive success for our franchise and corporate-owned locations and responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of franchised units while also providing strategic leadership for our corporate stores. Responsible for ensuring alignment between franchisees and corporate goals, driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and maintaining brand standards across all locations. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate-owned Sandbox VR locations while supporting franchisees in their business development and ensuring consistency across the network. As we expand, this position will play a key role in maintaining brand standards, providing operational support, and driving the success of both franchise and corporate locations.
