The Role:
- You will take ownership of US and international payroll.
- Build payroll processes and controls from the ground up.
- Act as the go-to expert for anything related to paychecks.
What You'll Do:
- Run payroll end to end, including tax filings and reconciliations.
- Manage PEO/EOR relationships and ensure compliance.
- Support equity administration and month-end close.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in running US and international payroll with tax filings.
- Comfortable working independently and with distributed teams.
- Detail-oriented and obsessive about tying out numbers.
