Senior Payroll Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Own the employee payroll experience by responding to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Process global payroll across all entities and EOR platforms, managing multiple concurrent payroll cycles.
• Maintain strong payroll controls, including approval workflows, segregation of duties, and regular audits.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll across multiple entities and pay cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; Rippling, MTH Numbers, Vistra experience a plus.
• Familiarity with statutory payroll mechanics such as UK PAYE, Netherlands Zvw, Singapore CPF, and FLSA.

Role Details:

• Department: People Team; Reports to: Manager, Payroll & Human Resources.
• Location: Remote (U.S.); Carlsbad, CA preferred but not required.
• Hours: Pacific time zone hours preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000–$85,000/year, based on experience and location.
