Data Integrity Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily data integrity operations within Revenue Management to reconcile duplicate patient records and correct charts.
• Provide phone and CRM support for patient portal activation and help desk inquiries, ensuring accurate health information access.
• Uphold patient safety and record integrity by applying knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required, with an Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience in health information management, patient access, or billing within a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, health information systems, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and healthcare application aptitude.

Work Arrangement:

• This position is 100% remote for Colorado residents, with the first week requiring on-site presence at the Mineral campus in Centennial, Colorado, for equipment setup.
• The role involves sedentary work with prolonged sitting and occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force.
