Director, SOX Compliance

The Director of SOX Compliance will play a critical role in safeguarding Omada's financial integrity and operational performance. This leadership position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive audit plan that identifies risks, assesses controls, and ensures compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a solid ethical compass and a track record in internal auditing, who can effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team. Design and execute a risk-based internal audit plan. Partner with senior management to provide insights. This role oversees Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts.
