The Strategic Accounts VP will be responsible for retaining and upselling some of Garner’s largest employer clients. You will collaborate with account managers to ensure Garner’s most important clients have an excellent experience and achieve the expected results.
As a Strategic Accounts VP, you will become our client’s trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance. Through your efforts, you will be responsible for driving improved Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs for your book of business. This role will report to the SVP, Strategic Accounts.
This position is fully remote with up to 25% travel.
