Senior Counsel (Medical Device)

Manage and support the day-to-day legal affairs of assigned Medical Device businesses or operating divisions, under the general supervision of, and in consultation and collaboration with, the Division General Counsel. Manage outside counsel supporting designated Medical Device businesses and operating divisions as assigned by the Division General Counsel. Coordinate and provide strategic legal advice to business partners with respect to a variety of legal matters affecting the Medical Device businesses, including commercial contracts, advertising and marketing, competitor interactions, and other matters. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts. Advise, counsel and report to Division General Counsel and senior business management on general legal and regulatory risks affecting the Medical Device businesses.
