As a Lead Research Advisor, you'll train and educate customers on Dscout functionality and methodology, providing recommendations for research designs on our platform. You'll collaborate with customers to run research projects, including planning, design, recruiting, fielding, and client engagement, and equip them to derive insights from data. You will manage 3-5 Research Advisors, prioritizing workload, coaching on work performance and professional growth. Travel occasionally for onsite customer visits. Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback internally to continuously improve Dscout’s product offerings. Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives on our Sales team to ensure customer retention and expansion and provide support and guidance to research participants.
