Associate General Counsel

Career TEAM is looking for a Philippines-based Associate General Counsel to support their Legal Department. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this individual will play a vital role in supporting both U.S. and Philippines operations, offering strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance, and managing contract and regulatory workflows. Responsibilities include reviewing, revising, and managing contracts, providing compliance advice, drafting policies, ensuring tax compliance, managing business registrations, supporting insurance procurement, and conducting internal investigations. The candidate will be located in the Philippines with night shift work hours to overlap with the U.S. team.
