Impact and Responsibilities:
- Support execution of strategic quality plan and ensure compliance across Global Product Group operations.
- Lead Critical Process Reviews and global audit activities to identify technical risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive deployment of APQP elements, including Design FMEA, Process FMEA, and Control Plans.
Your Background:
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability and knowledge of transformer processes.
- Excellent English communication and project management skills, with willingness to travel up to 40%.
