Merchandising Manager, Dresses

Delight Quince’s growing customer base by expanding and managing the Women’s Dresses product assortment on Quince. Quince believes that everyone deserves access to high quality products at radically affordable prices. The goal is to find the best products in the marketplace and connect the makers of these goods directly to the customers who want them. This merchant leading Women’s Dresses will be responsible for managing the assortment, revenue and margins, and overall growth trajectory of that product category. This role requires retail merchandising experience for the Women’s apparel categories, strong problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision making. Must have a deep understanding of consumer/retail sector dynamics and be able to leverage technology to build and scale the product strategy.
