Role Overview:
- Lead the evolution of revenue-critical data systems that transform partner-reported activity into accurate, recognized revenue.
- Guide the transition from legacy batch processing to modern event-based and hourly ingestion while ensuring financial data remains accurate.
Accountabilities:
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers at multiple levels, including senior and staff engineers and contractors.
- Own revenue data accuracy and drive migration of partners to a unified modern platform.
- Champion AI-assisted development and automation to accelerate engineering workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience and 5 years managing engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with working knowledge of Snowflake and AWS.
- Experience owning production data pipelines where data correctness is essential.
