This role leads and mentors a team selling TradeCentric’s integration solutions that connect eCommerce platforms with eProcurement systems. It drives new logo acquisition sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations. As Sales Manager at TradeCentric, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing your sales team including recruiting, hiring, training, ramping, and driving quota attainment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
