Negotiate dependencies with other teams and ensure timely delivery of commitments to key partners. Elevate team capacity by increasing usage of AI tools to raise velocity. Foster greatness in PMs. Actively seek out better solutions and never accept the status quo.
Provide visibility into key workstreams and programs, inclusive of experiment/feature pipeline, roadmap, risks, upcoming trade-offs and financial impact.
Interact effectively with senior leaders internally and externally, presenting insights and strategies that drive company’s objectives
