New Business Analyst

Postman Law is looking for a New Business Analyst to report to the Director of Personal Injury Operations and work across the business to deliver on our goals to become a leading, technology-forward Personal Injury law firm. Essential Functions include: Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy and perform advanced data analysis. Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data to enable data analyses. Build automations of routine and repeated tasks. Perform analyses to drive insights and improve client experience across the client journey. Collaborate with Operations team to optimize reporting systems and tools and ensure that analytics and insights are embedded in decision-making. Assist with developing dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain, update, and build databases, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is available to stakeholders.
