Job Description
Cash Management Program Operations:
- Daily cash positioning and production of daily/final in-house bank statements.
- Book transfers, transactional research, month-end processes, and cash reconciliation.
- Auditing, initiation, and/or approval of wires and ACH payments.
Bank and Customer Liaison:
- Serve as liaison between banks and division markets/hospitals for new services and issue resolution.
- Provision and audit user access in each bank portal.
- Responsible for remote deposit provisioning, courier service setup, and bank supply orders.
Bank Account Management:
- Owner of the bank account management database and signer maintenance.
- Open/close all bank accounts and complete all bank account service documentation.
- Review expenses associated with cash flows, coordinating with bank partners on pricing variances.
