Job Description
You'll be part of the Revenue Core Functions Team, which is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a Sales Activation Coordinator, you will support the onboarding of new clients by collecting company and bank information for one or multiple businesses based on ownership. Proactively reach out to clients to book the account set-up call. Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis, as well as work cross-functionally to make sure customer needs are met. Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep customers engaged, happy, and on-track, and identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale. Confirm billing information for new clients. Other duties as assigned.
