Lead Collectibles Buyer

ROLE SUMMARY:

• We seek an experienced Lead Collectibles Buyer to source sports cards, trading card games, and other collectible products.
• This role combines deep market expertise, vendor relationship management, negotiation, purchasing strategy, and data analysis.
• The ideal candidate understands both the collector community and the financial side of buying inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Travel to card shows, conventions, shops, and vendor locations to purchase inventory.
• Source sports cards, TCGs, sealed products, singles, and collections.
• Design loot tables and collectible product assortments, build vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience buying, selling, sourcing, or evaluating collectibles.
• Expert knowledge of sports cards and major TCGs like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Riftbound.
• Strong spreadsheet, data-analysis, and negotiation skills with willingness to travel up to 60%.
