Principal Product Manager, Pro

The Role:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pro, balancing customer needs, business opportunity, and platform investment.
• Build a deep understanding of portfolio operators and HOAs to improve the end-to-end experience.

What You'll Do:

• Define and own the Pro roadmap end to end, connecting acquisition, onboarding, operations, and retention.
• Partner with Commercial, Engineering, and Design to turn complex workflows into useful, dependable experiences.
• Establish success measures and adjust the roadmap based on customer research and product data.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience with 0-1 product buildouts.
• Business and commercial mindset, with experience building for B2B or B2B2C customers.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to align senior stakeholders.
