Operations Manager

Operational System: Build and own the operational system for clarity, structure, and predictable rhythm as work scales. Define and standardize workflows, processes, and decision frameworks to stabilize workload and reduce ambiguity. Create documentation, dashboards, and feedback loops for visible performance and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CX, Product, Data, and Sales to design processes that minimize friction across the customer lifecycle. Ensure operational insights feed into product and system improvements, turning signals into action. Collaborate closely to translate energy expertise into operational clarity.

Team Leadership: Coach and develop the Ops team through clear expectations, consistent management, and structured improvement. Lead capacity planning and identify when systems need to evolve. Drive ruthless prioritization and lead the AI strategy to automate low-value work.
