Job Description

Salesforce Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide architectural guidance and resolve technical issues in areas of ownership.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor development teams, provide technical support, and ensure adherence to standards and governance processes throughout all project stages. Manage integrations with upstream, downstream, and third-party systems.
Technical Proficiency & Documentation: Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications. Utilize development frameworks like Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
