Leadership and Team Management:
- Directly manage and develop the IT Help Desk and IT Operations team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Build a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Own and evolve the technology product roadmap in alignment with organizational and IT strategy.
- Drive backlog prioritization based on business value, risk, and resource capacity.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Serve as the senior point of accountability between business leadership and IT delivery teams.
- Communicate roadmap, delivery progress, and risk to leadership at all levels.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all solutions meet healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA and data privacy.
- Lead data governance practices and support reporting/analytics initiatives.
