Senior Manager, IT Product Management and IT Software Asset Management

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for internal business applications such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Parnter with business owners to understand functional requirements and technology investment priorities.
• Act as the business owner proxy for internal BT systems, managing backlogs of features, defects, and enhancements.

Demand Management:

• Design and lead the Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders for all BT technology requests.
• Define criteria for prioritization based on strategic alignment, risk reduction, ROI, and operational impact.
• Publis and maintain a visible backlog providing transparency into queue status, estimated effort, and delivery timelines.

Organizational Change Management:

• Define and maintain a standardized Organizational Change Management playbook and governance for all BT-led initiatives.
• Lead change management strategy, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments for major system implementations.
• Establis and track system adoption metrics, stabilization plans, and 'lessons learned' processes.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development:

• Set a clear team vision and operating model that scales as the internal technology landscape grows.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams, creating career growth opportunities and holding the bar for quality and delivery.
• Fostr a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
