Job Description
As a Sr Workspace Support Engineer at SADA, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to team members and customers, update knowledge articles, and enact improvements to ServiceNow. Playing the role of SADA ambassador to our clients. The Sr Workspace Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to team members and customers focused on providing Google Workspace solutions.
The role requires troubleshooting clients’ issues and providing solutions, assisting clients in determining best practices for setup and configuration, and analyzing legacy information. Also conduct reviews with customers, forecast activation dates, manage implementation, and maintain advanced knowledge of each product. You will also maintain accurate records of communication for each client.
