Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our machines are reliable, safe, and functioning at optimal performance levels. You'll serve as both a technical expert and a customer-facing representative, with responsibilities ranging from installation and troubleshooting to providing valuable feedback for product development.
Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair Colorbiotics equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating part orders and replacements as needed. Moreover,deliver real-time feedback and field insights to engineering and product development teams. Provide excellent customer support, ensuring equipment users receive training and technical guidance. Maintain comprehensive service records while adhering to safety protocols. Support sales efforts with technical consultation and customer engagement. Uphold high standards of service and performance across all operations.
