About the role:
- You will own the full growth funnel from user acquisition and activation through to retention and revenue expansion.
- This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, and data.
- You will work with a cross-functional pod to design, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives.
What will you be doing?:
- Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRM) in alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments, ensuring systematic testing and iteration.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope, build, and ship growth-focused features.
What do we need from you?:
- 3–6 years of experience in product management and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes.
- Collaborative, low-ego working style with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
