About the role:

  • You will own the full growth funnel from user acquisition and activation through to retention and revenue expansion.
  • This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, and data.
  • You will work with a cross-functional pod to design, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives.

What will you be doing?:

  • Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRM) in alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments, ensuring systematic testing and iteration.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope, build, and ship growth-focused features.

What do we need from you?:

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
