Government Rates Lead

The Government Rates Lead will report directly to the Rates Senior Manager. This position will play a vital role in the development of government submissions such as provisional billing, final overhead rates, forward pricing rates that are compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Account Standards (CAS), as well as modeling and analytics around accounting changes and rate impacts. This role will lead analysis and modeling to support development of indirect rates for various business units for both internal and external purposes, working cross functionally to find areas of improvement and establish more processes and procedures. The role will support the establishment of documentation, procedures, and trainings pertaining to a new ERP system and will assist review of all expenses associated with projects to determine if they are reasonable in nature and follow FAR and CAS requirements. An active role will be played in government audits and deliverables and reports to evaluate program profitability relative to unallowable and allowable spend will be prepared.
