Role Overview:
- Supervise Peer Support Specialist Mentors, ensuring safety, clinical effectiveness, and strong documentation.
- Update Clinical Ops regularly and support higher acuity teens as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed mental health provider with supervisory experience and knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT.
- Empathetic, organized, data-driven, passionate about youth mental health.
What We Offer:
- Contract role with 27 guaranteed hours per week at $50/hour.
- Fully remote, 66 hours annual PTO, high-growth startup.
