About the Role:
- This is a full-time, 8-month co-op/intern position starting January 2027.
- The role involves developing user-centered documentation for the Kinaxis Maestro product.
- You will work closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain in-product help, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Research new features and translate technical specs into clear documentation.
- Produce "what's new" videos and experiment with AI tools.
What We Are Looking For:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate between $19.46 and $28.55.
