Director of Brand & Social

Campaign Creation & Execution:

• Oversee all marketing campaigns across influencer and social, with agency support for PR & Affiliates.
• Build social campaign decks and write extensive briefs for key launches.
• Manage launch plans and social calendars in Asana.

Creative Direction & Content Production:

• Lead creative direction for social assets in partnership with the Art Director.
• Plan and execute photo and video content that captures brand vision.
• Review and approve campaign photos, videos, reels, and social assets.

Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth:

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and growth objectives.
• Enhance brand identity and messaging across all channels.
• Manage strategic partnerships and influencer programs to boost visibility.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Provide clear direction and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative and E-commerce teams for cohesive brand direction.
