Key Responsibilities:

  • Support quality assurance for PGT laboratory and genetic counseling protocols, applying clinical and molecular genetics expertise.
  • Manage complex domestic and international PGT-M and PGT-SR cases from enrollment through test completion, including genetic counseling consultations.
  • Contribute to product improvements, quality initiatives, data analysis, and operational projects.

What You Bring:

  • Master's degree in Human Genetics, Genetic Counseling, or equivalent from an ABGC-accredited institution, with current ABGC board certification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant genetic counseling experience, including 1 year in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
