Job Description
Support the launching of the Aquabeam Robotic System in the defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH. The Clinical Sales Representative will help maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems. This is a business-critical role and as such requires a highly motivated individual focused on executing activities and exceeding sales targets.
Work with the sales manager and Aquablation Sales Representative to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market. Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals and regional Sales and Marketing development events. Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel. Train and develop OR staff to be facile in pre, intra and postoperative system management. Lead surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations and efficiencies with Aquablation therapy.
