Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one or more of our product engineering teams. In this role, you'll guide product development efforts while mentoring and growing a team of talented engineers. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture that promotes continuous learning and improvements. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. This role blends hands-on technical contributions (60%) and people management (40%). Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
