Program Specialist

The Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the operational efficiency of the Explorer team. This role is responsible for managing key initiatives related to rostering, contracting, and campaign execution while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. The Program Specialist collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and driving continuous operational excellence. Primary duties include project and process management, operational oversight and market support, cross-functional collaboration and communication, documentation, training and team support, and data analysis and strategic insights.
