Job Description
You will be responsible for day-to-day management and growth of our customer advocacy program, partnering with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams. The role involves identifying, curating, and amplifying impactful customer experiences that elevate both customers and the brand. Key responsibilities include owning and managing the reference program, innovating and managing an advocacy program with incentives, securing speaking opportunities, curating case studies, driving positive reviews, cultivating a vibrant advocate community, aligning advocacy efforts with business objectives, empowering customers to become brand champions, and driving forward-thinking advocacy initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, a proven track record of connecting with individuals, exceptional communication skills, passion for customer experience, and demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale advocacy or influencer programs. Experience with executive leadership, customer advisory boards, NPS programs, and AI is a plus.
